The NGLCC is the business voice of the LGBT community and is the largest global not-for-profit advocacy organization dedicated to expanding economic opportunities and advancements for LGBT people.
This Lunch and Learn focuses on Supplier Diversity and the certification process for members of the Gulf South Chamber. Katie Chmielwski, NGLCC Supplier Diversity, will guide members through the certification process and Sam McClure, NGLCC Senior Vice President, will discuss the NGLCC Strategy on Supplier Diversity. The presentation will last 45 minutes, leave time for questions and answers, and, allow us to get everything completed by 1:00 pm.
Lunch will be catered by one of our newest Members – Rob Gerhart’s Louisiana Pizza Kitchen (Uptown).
The Lunch and Learn will be held at the impressive new offices of the Greater New Orleans Foundation, 919 St. Charles Avenue. This is the new building that faces Lee Circle, opened last year as a center for philanthropy, allowing the Greater New Orleans Foundation to foster further growth of local nonprofits.
Your Gulf South Chamber is an affiliate of the National Gay & Lesbian Chamber of Commerce (NGLCC). The NGLCC is the national certifying organization for gay and lesbian owned businesses, and advocates for inclusion of LGBT owned businesses in corporate diversity programs.
